Job summary

Benihana - Alpharetta is seeking a General Manager to drive daily operations, lead a team of managers and hourly staff, uphold brand standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability in a high-energy environment.

You will oversee business strategy, marketing, and compliance with food safety and health regulations, recruit and coach talent, monitor sales and costs, and develop initiatives to increase guest traffic and sales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, full-service dining (steakhouse or upscale dining preferred).
• Proven track record of driving sales, managing budgets, and leading successful teams.
• Strong business acumen, financial expertise, and decision-making skills.
• A passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and high-energy environments.
• Tech-savvy with experience in restaurant POS systems (MICROS, Aloha, OpenTable, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant atmosphere.

Financial & Business Performance
