Job summary

Jack in the Box is hiring an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the newly opened Perry, GA location. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

We seek a hands-on leader with 5+ years in restaurant management, GM experience in high-volume settings, and ServSafe certification. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Competitive salary and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a QSR or high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain high-performing team members and managers
• Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability
• Maintain exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally

• Manage inventory levels, coordinate product ordering, and implement cost-control measures to minimize waste
• Analyze sales reports, P&L statements, and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities
• Implement action plans to improve restaurant performance, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction
• Develop effective schedules that align staffing levels with business needs and labor budgets
• Drive sales growth through operational consistency, team performance, and customer satisfaction
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience required
• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in QSR or high-volume restaurant environment preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• ServSafe Certification required

• COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)
