Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in McKinney, Texas, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive guest experiences, and oversee the restaurant team. You will manage P&L results, training initiatives, and local marketing to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.

The role requires 4–5 years of restaurant management experience and a strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience in a restaurant.
• Previous Restaurant General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
• Lead local restaurant marketing and community involvement.
• Drive overall guest experience and restaurant performance.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
