Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in collaboration with the General Manager. The role focuses on delivering top restaurant performance and enhancing guest engagement and experiences.

This position emphasizes leadership, compliance with health codes and safety standards, and developing a high-performing team with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to direct and develop a team and champion change.

Responsibilities
