Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, guest experiences and local marketing at our Mason City location. You will manage a restaurant leadership team, drive performance, engagement and training, and oversee community connections and fundraising within a fast-paced environment.

You bring 4-5 years of management experience, solid knowledge of labor laws, food safety and alcohol service, and a passion for training and developing your team. Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc.

• 4-5 years of management experience
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, train and develop team
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement

Responsibilities

• Create legendary guest experiences and oversee local restaurant marketing
• Lead and develop the restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives
• Oversee community connection and fundraising activities
• Ensure restaurant is performing at the top of its game through P&L review and operational standards

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
