Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations and drive team development in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes strong financial acumen and adherence to health, safety, and service standards.

You will oversee daily restaurant activities, coach staff, manage labor, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding company policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience
• Previous restaurant General Manager experience
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and train the team
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement
