Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Charlotte, NC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, guest experiences, and the performance of the restaurant team. You will drive local restaurant marketing, review Profit and Loss results, coach the management staff, and oversee community involvement and fundraising initiatives.

You’ll champion training, engagement, and process improvements to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Drive local restaurant marketing and analyze Profit and Loss results.
• Oversee community connection and fundraising activities.
• Ensure that the restaurant is at the top of its game and delivers legendary guest experiences.
