Job summary

Carl's Jr. is seeking a General Manager to provide strategic and tactical leadership at the Mammoth Lakes restaurant. You will maintain operations and drive results through people development, guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth, while recruiting, training, and developing Crew Members aligned with the Carl's Jr.

mission. The GM conveys the Carl's Jr. culture, leads with passion, and collaborates to ensure the brand’s success.

• General Managers are responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities including: customer service, profitability and quality assurance.
• Maintain operations and drive results in the restaurant through people development, positive Guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Crew Persons that share the Carl's Jr. mission.
• Convey the Carl's Jr. culture to the team and be a creative team player who is passionate about hard work and having fun.
