Job summary

The Stand is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Woodland Hills to lead all aspects of daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and own the P&L. You will hire, train, and coach the team, ensure food safety and brand standards, and report to the Regional Manager.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years as a GM or senior AGM in fast casual, a track record of profitable high-volume performance, and a readiness to own outcomes with a hands-on leadership style.

• Proven track record running a profitable, high-volume location.
• A leader who develops people — your ARM should be your next GM.
• Financially literate — you know what the numbers mean and how to move them.
