Job summary

Menehune Water Company is seeking a Division Manager to lead the Kauai operation, overseeing daily activities, staff, production, customer service, and division finances. This on-site role reports to the President & CEO and requires a hands-on leader who wants real ownership of an operation.

The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day Kauai Division operations, coordinate cross-functional staff, and drive efficient processes while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to obtain OSHA/HIOSH certification.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of business operations, production processes, and workplace safety.
• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• A track record of finding ways to improve efficiency and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kauai Division.

• Monitor customer orders, production schedules, materials, and operational records.
• Oversee invoices, payments, bank deposits, expense reports, and other financial activities.
• Assist with annual budgeting and monitor division expenses.
• Prepare and review reports, correspondence, and operational documentation.
• Establish and maintain efficient work procedures and operating standards.
• Resolve customer service, retention, and fulfillment issues.
• Coordinate with sales personnel, independent contractors, vendors, and the corporate office.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and corporate standards.
• Use independent judgment to resolve daily operational issues, escalating complex matters to the President & CEO

Menehune Water Company is a locally based Hawaii company, and we’re looking for a Division Manager to run our Kauai Division.
