Job summary

Menehune Water Company in Kauai, HI, is seeking a Division Manager to run the Kauai Division. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, including the team, production, customer service, and division finances, reporting directly to the President & CEO.

This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership of the operation. You’ll supervise staff, coordinate admin, production, and support functions, manage customer orders and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and corporate standards while

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to obtain OSHA/HIOSH certification.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of business operations, production processes, and workplace safety.
• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• A track record of finding ways to improve efficiency and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kauai Division
• Supervise, assign, and review the work of division personnel
• Coordinate administrative, production, customer service, and support functions
• Monitor customer orders, production schedules, materials, and operational records
• Oversee invoices, payments, bank deposits, expense reports, and other financial activities
• Assist with annual budgeting and monitor division expenses
• Prepare and review reports, correspondence, and operational documentation
• Establish and maintain efficient work procedures and operating standards
• Resolve customer service, retention, and fulfillment issues
• Coordinate with sales personnel, independent contractors, vendors, and the corporate office
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and corporate standards
• Use independent judgment to resolve daily operational issues, escalating complex matters to the President & CEO
