Job summary

Menehune Water Company is seeking a CDL Class B Route Driver to join the Distribution team in Aiea, HI. You will deliver 5-gallon water to homes and businesses, acting as the face of the company on the road and building relationships with our regular customers.

You must have a Hawaii CDL Class B (or A) with a clean record, a current medical card, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently. The role offers a full-time schedule, early start times, paid time off, and benefits as listed.

Responsibilities

Menehune Water Company is looking for a CDL Class B Route Driver to join our Distribution team. You’ll run an assigned route delivering 5-gallon water to homes and businesses, and you’ll be the face of Menehune Water to the customers you see every week. If you’re a safe driver who likes physical work, weekday routes, and building relationships with regular customers, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle along your assigned route
• Deliver 5-gallon water bottles, coolers, cups, and related products to customers
• Check that your vehicle is loaded with the right supplies for the day and reload at the warehouse as needed
• Complete daily vehicle inspection reports and keep your truck clean
• Provide professional, courteous service and resolve or escalate customer concerns
• Complete delivery paperwork, including invoices, route logs, and reports
• Follow all traffic laws and the company’s safe driving program
• Report accidents, damage, or safety concerns to the Distribution Manager right away

What we’re looking for

• Valid State of Hawaii CDL Class B (or Class A) license with a clean abstract
• Current CDL medical card
• High school diploma or GED
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs (5-gallon bottles weigh about 46 lbs each), delivering up to 200 bottles per day
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• 1–3 years of delivery, route driving, or distribution experience preferred

Pay

• $45,819.84 annual salary during the initial training period
• After successful completion of training, pay moves to an annual base salary plus commission

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Routes start as early as 5:30 AM; hours vary by assigned schedule
• Longer days and occasional weekend work may be required
