Job summary

Culver’s in Lancaster, OH is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee shift schedules, coach team members, and ensure food safety and quality across all dining experiences.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, communication, and hospitality focus, with the ability to manage P&L and motivate a high performing team to deliver exceptional service every day.
