Role: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing day-to-day shop operations and production schedules
  • Ensuring on-time delivery and quality of machined parts
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency and cost reduction
  • Leading and mentoring the production team
  • Collaborating with sales, engineering, and quality departments
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards
  • Managing resource planning
  • Managing purchasing activities for raw materials, products, or equipment
  • Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
  • Tracking purchase orders and ensuring on-time delivery
  • Handling delivery or quality issues (e.g., defects, shortages)
  • Coordinating with internal departments (e.g., production, sales, finance) to meet requirements
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing CNC machining operations
  • Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines, programming, tooling, and processes
