Job summary

J&D Restaurants - McDonald's is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead one of our McDonald's restaurants in the United States. The General Manager is pivotal in ensuring the restaurant operates profitably while upholding McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

The General Manager will oversee all restaurant operations, manage teams, drive profitability, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Commitment to excellence and workplace safety.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proven ability to make decisions and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous McDonald's Experience and HU Graduation Required.

• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety measures and maintain high standards for guest, employee safety and restaurant security.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee maintenance plans and ensure the restaurant meets and exceeds standards of excellence.
