J&D Restaurants - McDonald’s is seeking a dynamic General Manager in Des Moines, IA to lead one of its McDonald’s restaurants. You will oversee operations, people, and finances to meet McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities include leading HR processes, managing inventory and budgeting, and ensuring safety. Compensation starts at $60,000 per year with bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, guest service, and team management.
• People Management: Lead all human resource processes, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, and training.
• Financial Oversight: Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budgeting, labor management and food ordering/costs to ensure profitability.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety measures and maintain high standards for guest, employee safety and restaurant security.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee maintenance plans and ensure the restaurant meets and exceeds standards of excellence.
