Tc4 & Co Hospitality in Austin is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently across front and back of house, delivering Notable Hospitality and supervising staff.

You will manage scheduling, optimize service standards, monitor safety, and control costs while delivering a top-notch dining experience for guests. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar in the hospitality industry.
• Familiar with restaurant management software like Aloha/Toast.
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service oriented and able to manage a team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house communication.
• Prepare shift schedules.
• Facilitate daily pre-shift meetings.
• Supervise BOH and FOH and provide assistance as needed.
• Onboard new employees (training scheduling and uniforms).
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. General Manager responsibilities include delivering Notable Hospitality, overseeing FOH/BOH operations to ensure service standards are met, managing supervising restaurant staff performance. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shift schedules
• Facilitate daily pre shift meetings
• Supervise BOH and FOH and provide assistance, as needed
• Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• Work experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
