Job summary

Tc4 & Co Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to ensure daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee FOH/BOH operations, deliver Notable Hospitality, and supervise staff performance to meet service standards. Availability to work opening hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities include coordinating between teams, scheduling shifts, onboarding new hires, and ensuring safety/hygiene compliance to deliver a top-tier guest experience.

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast).
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between front of house and back of house staff.
• Prepare shift schedules.
• Facilitate daily pre-shift meetings.
• Supervise BOH and FOH and provide assistance as needed.
• Onboard new employees and arrange trainings and uniforms.
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. General Manager responsibilities include delivering Notable Hospitality, overseeing FOH/BOH operations to ensure service standards are met, managing supervising restaurant staff performance. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
