Job summary

Tc4 & Co. is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Las Vegas to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You’ll ensure guest service excellence and maintain food quality standards across all shifts. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and people skills in a fast-paced environment.

Start salary ranges from $55k to $65k annually, with medical, dental, vision benefits, paid vacation, and a leadership development program. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar hospitality leadership.
• Familiar with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast).
• Good math and reporting skills; strong customer service mindset.
• Availability to work opening hours, including weekends/holidays.

• Restaurant Assistant Manager

As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
