Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Houston, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee the management team, create a high-performance environment, and ensure top operations while promoting local marketing initiatives.

As the leader, you will drive profitability through accurate P&L analysis, maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety, and champion staff development and training.

Qualifications

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
