Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Houston to lead daily operations and guest experience. You will drive local marketing, monitor Profit and Loss results, and supervise the management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, adherence to safety standards, and active community involvement to support fundraising and brand growth. Houston-based, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience in a restaurant.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safety and alcohol service required.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements and manage costs.
• Strong focus on training and developing team members.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.

• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
