Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive guest experiences and team performance. You will oversee the management team, marketing efforts, and community engagement while ensuring compliance with labor laws and health codes.

The role requires strong P&L analysis skills and a passion for training and developing staff to uphold the brand’s standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to manage and direct others, drive change, and train teams.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
