Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Fremont, NE, is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, drive guest experiences, and oversee local marketing. You will manage the leadership team, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health codes while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, alcohol service, safety systems and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct staff, champion change, and train teams.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Lead local restaurant marketing and ensure the restaurant performs well on P&L results.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
