Buffalo Wild Wings in Mason City, IA is seeking a General Manager to drive legendary guest experiences and lead the restaurant team. You will oversee operations, marketing efforts, and financial results to keep the location at the top of its game.

This role emphasizes training, engagement, and community involvement, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Lead local restaurant marketing and monitor Profit and Loss statement results.
• Oversee community connection and fundraising activities.
• Ensure the restaurant operates at the top of its game.
