Workout Anytime in Homestead, FL is seeking a hands-on General Manager who can run the club end-to-end, from sales to service and facility upkeep, while keeping costs in check and maintaining a friendly, clean environment.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $42,000–$52,000 per year with bonuses up to $1,300 per month, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) with matching.

Job description

Our General Manager does it all. The "Captain of the Ship" ensures our clubs are clean, friendly, and well‑maintained. They drive excellence in both sales and service performance and are not afraid to get their hands dirty to clean and fix small projects where needed.
