Workout Anytime is hiring a Fitness Consultant to join a fast-growing, 24/7 fitness brand that aims to change lives with passion. You will greet members, promote memberships, answer inquiries, and support club operations while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
The role emphasizes a friendly attitude, reliability for weekend shifts, and growth opportunities within a company known for training and advancement programs.
Qualifications
- Warm and friendly demeanor.
- Experience in direct customer-facing positions, fitness industry, or sales.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Willingness to work closing shifts and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Becoming a great ambassador & promoter of Workout Anytime, our brand, our clubs, and our services.
- Greeting and checking in with all members, making them feel welcome and essential.
- Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
- Selling and setting up new memberships and gaining referrals from existing members.
- Assisting with the club’s daily maintenance and other tasks as assigned by management.
- Creating relationships inside and outside the gym.
- Participating in or managing various marketing events.
- Following up on your portioned incoming leads from the web, renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
