Job summary

Workout Anytime in Anna, TX is hiring a Sales Consultant. You’ll be trained and report to the Club Manager. The role centers on representing our brand, greeting members, processing memberships, answering calls, and promoting personal training.

The position offers hourly pay and potential bonuses, with a flexible schedule including weekends in a friendly, team-oriented gym environment. You’ll help members achieve personal fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Be the ambassador and promoter of Workout Anytime, our brand and clubs.
• Greeting and checking in all members.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally.
• Set up new memberships.
• Sell personal training.
• Conduct guest tours.
• Assist with daily club cleaning and maintenance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Build relationships inside and outside the gym.

Pay

Hourly rate, Commission, and Bonus is available.

Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• To become the greatest ambassador & promoter or Workout Anytime; our brand, our clubs, our services
• Greeting and checking in all members

• Setting up new memberships
• Selling personal training
• Conducting guest tours
• Assisting with the club's daily cleaning & maintenance
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Desired candidates will be outgoing, flexible, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Some experience in the fitness industry is great! It is not required though, just a passion for helping people!
• A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work some weekends.
