Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC, is seeking a General Manager to lead our 24/7 fitness clubs. Drive membership growth, oversee daily operations, and deliver excellent member experiences across new and existing clubs.

You will manage sales efforts, coordinate with fitness department staff, and ensure the club remains pristine while pursuing retention strategies. This role offers performance-based bonuses and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to consistently generate new club memberships by contacting leads and engaging tours.
• Identify potential members’ needs and use solution-selling to highlight amenities.
• Thrive in a competitive sales role while maintaining a cohesive team environment.
• Meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production within 30 days of starting.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks, including club cleanliness.
• Train others to excel in membership sales and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Member referrals, marketing, and outreach to generate at least 50% of club tours for enrollment goals.
• Convert at least 70% of incoming inquiries to appointments for tours.
• Enroll at least 80% of touring prospects.
• Schedule at least 60% of new members for a complimentary session with Fitness staff.
• Enter prospect/guest information into the club management software and complete tracking forms.
• Maintain the club immaculately and uphold retention strategies and systems.
• Oversee retention strategies and systems across the club.

Responsibilities

• Enroll at least 80% of all touring prospects.
• Schedule at least 60% of all new members for a Complimentary Success Session with appropriate Fitness Department staff.
• Ensure all prospect/guest information is entered into the club management software system and complete all required tracking forms and processes.
• Ensure the club is maintained immaculately.
• Oversee the retention strategy and systems.

• Ability to consistently generate new club memberships by contacting leads generated through marketing activities, generating referral leads from the current membership base, and engaging club tours for walk-ins.
• Ability to quickly identify potential members’ needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value in our club’s amenities and services to the member and close the sale.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive sales position while maintaining a cohesive team environment.
• Ability to meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence within 30 days of starting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands, including club cleanliness.
• Ability to train others to excel in membership sales and referrals.
