Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager in San Antonio to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager. You will drive guest engagement and elevate restaurant performance daily.

You will champion training, safety, and sanitation while managing labor costs and staff performance to deliver legendary guest experiences in a fast-paced sports-bar environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling.
• Experience in training and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct Shift Managers and front-of-house staff to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and alcohol service standards.
