Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts and mentor staff, partnering with the General Manager to ensure top performance. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, oversee service standards, and champion training and development to create legendary experiences.

You will manage a diverse team in a fast-paced restaurant environment, uphold safety and sanitation, and contribute to continuous improvement and guest engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Assist the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
