Buffalo Wild Wings in North Carolina is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, servers, bartenders and service staff. You will work with the General Manager to maximize restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.

You will drive guest engagement, coach team members, and monitor operational standards to maintain quality and safety. The role offers growth, training, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation and food safety.
• Ability to manage a team, drive change, and train staff.
