Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Frederick, CO is looking for an experienced Collision Repair General Manager who can lead a team, drive production, protect profitability, and deliver great results. This role oversees estimators, technicians, parts staff, and office personnel to ensure top performance.

The right candidate will manage insurance relationships and KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer service and quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and operational knowledge.
• Ability to lead teams and improve performance.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes and KPIs.
• Valid driver's license.
• I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities
