Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Frederick, CO is seeking an experienced Collision Repair General Manager to drive production, profitability, and overall shop performance. You will lead estimators, technicians, parts and office staff to deliver quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong financial and operational knowledge, the ability to lead teams, and a solid understanding of insurance processes and KPIs.

• Maintain strong insurance and DRP relationships
• Deliver quality repairs and exceptional customer service
