Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Frederick, CO is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a busy collision repair shop. You will drive production, protect profitability, and build a winning team that delivers quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

You will manage KPIs, cycle times, gross profit, and expenses; supervise estimators, technicians, and staff; recruit, develop, and hold employees accountable while maintaining strong insurance relationships and DRP partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive production, profitability and shop performance.
• Experience leading estimators, technicians, painters, parts and office staff.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes and KPIs.
• Valid driver''s license required.

I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.
