Job description

As a General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be responsible for creating legendary guest experiences, coordinating local marketing initiatives and managing Profit and Loss statements, ensuring the restaurant consistently performs at the top of its game. Your role includes overseeing the restaurant management team through performance reviews, engagement and training initiatives, as well as managing all community connection and fundraising activities.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience and prior General Manager experience in a restaurant
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement
