Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Texas is seeking a General Manager to lead the team's performance, guest experience, and daily operations. You will drive local marketing, manage the P&L, and ensure the restaurant stays at the top of its game.

You will supervise the management team, champion training and development, oversee community outreach and fundraising, and uphold the brand's service standards. The role offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience.
• Previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Knowledge of alcohol service, safety procedures and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change and train your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
