Job Overview

Buffalo Wild Wings GO creates stories worth telling through our famous wings and streamlined, counter‑service environment. The role of General Manager is key to driving the restaurant’s success and delivering legendary guest experiences.

Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including the restaurant’s financial health, probability, and success. You will provide overall leadership, develop and engage all restaurant team members and shift managers, and champion ongoing change and training.

Qualifications

Preferably, you have at least four years of restaurant, quick‑service restaurant, or Buffalo Wild Wings experience, or prior general manager experience. You should possess a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, develop your team, and analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
