Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a local restaurant and deliver legendary guest experiences. You will manage the restaurant management team, drive performance, engage staff, and lead training initiatives to keep the operation at peak performance.

You will oversee local marketing, control costs, ensure compliance with labor and food safety standards, and foster community involvement while providing strong leadership and development for your team.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and having a passion for training and developing your team.
• Proficiency in analyzing a profit-and-loss statement.
