Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant team in Lexington, VA. You will drive guest experiences, oversee marketing locally, and ensure exemplary P&L results while coaching staff through engagement and training programs.

You will also manage community involvement and fundraising initiatives, uphold food safety and safety standards, and ensure smooth operation of all shifts with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Four to five years of restaurant management experience, including GM responsibilities.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, alcohol service and security systems.
• Proven ability to train teams and analyze financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.
• Drive local marketing and ensure P&L results meet top performance.
• Coordinate community connection and fundraising activities.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
