Haugland Energy Group seeks an experienced Overhead T&D General Manager for our southern market. This role leads operational and financial activities, directing Regional Managers and project teams to drive profitability and successful project execution.

Travel to assigned territory is required, with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in utility construction or related industries, plus ERP experience and excellent communication

Formación

• 5+ years' experience in utility construction, construction management, engineering, or related industries.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration understanding.
• Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all operational and financial activities within an assigned business unit or market.
• Direct Regional Managers and project teams to drive operational excellence and project execution.
• Review budgets, forecasts, project performance, and operational metrics.
• Direct workforce planning, staffing strategies, and resource allocation.
• Responsible for revenue, margin, overhead, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align with operational and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and increased profitability for assigned projects.
• Review and evaluate project risks, change orders, and operational issues.

• Strongunderstandingofbudgeting,forecasting,scheduling,andcontractadministration.
• ExperiencewithERPsystemsandoperationalreporting.
• ProficientintheuseofMicrosoftOfficeandstandardcomputerapplications.
• Effectivecommunication,interpersonal,andorganizationalskills.
• Abilitytoidentifyproblems,evaluatealternatives,andmakesoundbusinessdecisions.
