Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals and KPIs by managing shop throughput, quality, and efficiency.
• Assign repair jobs, support teammates, and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Manage payroll, staffing, and daily production flow to meet delivery requirements.
• Write and update estimates, and oversee team hiring and coaching.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry, insurance procedures, and estimating software (CCC ONE).
• Strong decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with technology and valid driver’s license.
