Job summary

Fitness Connection USA is seeking an EPIC leader to sit at the helm of a busy club in Dallas. You will lead from the front, drive membership sales, and coach a team of Fitness Consultants and Support staff to deliver outstanding member experiences.

You don’t need a fitness background—leaders from retail, hospitality, restaurants, and call centers who can deliver results and inspire people will thrive in this role. Expect a competitive base plus a performance bonus and structured onboarding.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front – Be the face of the club. Set the pace, shape the culture, and lead by example—especially when it comes to driving sales.
• Coach and develop your team – Guide your Sales Manager and Operations Manager as they lead teams of Fitness Consultants and Connection Specialists.
• Own the sales floor – Stay actively involved in generating leads, closing memberships, and driving revenue. Your presence will be seen and felt.
• Run a high-performing club – Oversee daily operations including cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, and service standards with strong accountability.
• Drive growth in people and performance – Hitting goals is just the start. You’ll build a team that’s motivated, capable, and excited to win.
