Job summary

Fitness Connection USA in Charlotte seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead a busy club, set the pace, drive memberships, and shape an inspiring culture that motivates the whole team.

You’ll coach and develop Sales and Operations Managers, own the sales floor, oversee daily operations, ensure clean facilities and exceptional member experiences, and guide growth with accountability and integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a health/fitness club or similar service environment.
• Ability to drive sales, manage teams, and maintain high service standards.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front – Be the face of the club. Set the pace, shape the culture, and lead by example—especially when it comes to driving sales.
• Coach and develop your team – Guide your Sales Manager and Operations Manager as they lead teams of Fitness Consultants and Connection Specialists.
• Own the sales floor – Stay actively involved in generating leads, closing memberships, and driving revenue. Your presence will be seen and felt.
• Run a high-performing club – Oversee daily operations including cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, and service standards with strong accountability.
• Drive growth in people and performance – Hitting goals is just the start. You’ll build a team that’s motivated, capable, and excited to win.
