Job summary

Jimmy B’s is seeking a General Manager to lead our family-owned restaurant and bar as we open a new location in Cincinnati, Ohio. This hands-on, career-oriented role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for guest experience.

You will work directly with the owner, help establish culture, build a team, create systems, and have a real voice in daily operations from the ground up.
