Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew, delivering culinary, beverage, and service excellence. You will live the brand principles to sustain guest satisfaction and staff engagement while driving financial results.

As GM, you will implement best practices, mentor leaders, and ensure compliance with ServSafe and local regulations. This role requires strong English communication and a proven track record in casual dining leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business.
• 3+ years consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a Restaurant Manager preferred
• ServSafe, local and state regulatory certificates or the ability to obtain required
• Proficiency communicating in English

Education, Experience and other Key Qualifications
