LBA Hospitality seeks a General Manager to lead hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage, delivering guest satisfaction and driving financial results.

The GM will develop associates, ensure brand standards, manage budgets, monitor performance, and uphold safety and compliance while maintaining positive community relations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of hotel management experience with budget responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience supervising 15+ associates.
• Hilton or Marriott experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, financial analysis, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

The General Manager provides overall leadership for hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage. Requirements

• On-site position with flexible availability, including weekends.
• Periodic overnight travel may be required.
