Job summary

LBA Hospitality in Nashville seeks a Hotel Operations Manager to support the General Manager in leading day-to-day hotel operations and delivering exceptional guest service. You will develop associates, maintain brand standards, and drive financial performance across key areas including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage.

The role is full-time and salaried, with benefits and opportunities to influence hotel-wide outcomes within a respected brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel industry experience.
• 3+ years supervising at least 10 associates.
• Hyatt, Hilton or Marriott experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, financial analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop hotel associates.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and payroll.
• Support the GM with budgets, expenses, financial objectives, and cost controls.
• Maintain company, brand, safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Inspect guestrooms, public areas, and hotel grounds.
• Coordinate communication across departments.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, equipment maintenance, and administrative processes.
