Jack's Family Restaurants, LP is seeking a General Manager to own a single Jack's store and drive sales, service, and profitability. You will lead a high-energy team, hire and develop talent, and ensure daily goals for food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience are met.

The role involves managing a million-dollar business, with bonus potential and growth opportunities from within. Expect a demanding but rewarding schedule averaging 50–55 hours per week in a fast-paced Southern restaurant

As a General Manager, you'll have ownership of a single Jack's store and everything in it. This includes sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations, and more! Day-to-day, you'll:

• Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
• Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals
• Manage a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards

• Help prepare and serve delicious southern foods (did someone say chicken?)
