General Manager, Home Healthcare - Asheville, North Carolina

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead a growing home healthcare organization based in Asheville, NC. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing clinical and administrative staff, and driving growth through excellence in patient care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership to all aspects of home healthcare operations, including nursing, therapy, and personal care services.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and state health department standards.
Oversee staffing, training, and performance management of clinical and administrative teams.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Maintain and grow relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
Monitor and improve patient satisfaction, care outcomes, and service delivery efficiency.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and prepare for accreditations and audits.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to support company objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of progressive leadership experience in home healthcare, hospice, or a related healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, accreditation standards, and home health billing practices.
