The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of senior living leadership experience and will oversee operations, manage budgets, and drive census growth.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in senior living or related healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of census growth and team development.
• Strong business acumen and familiarity with forecasting and KPIs.
• A current TN Assisted Care Living Facility (ACLF) license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Local or regional residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance.
